I really appreciated Rich Hawley and his team for making this platform accessible and providing key mentorship in the business. I've been using the app since it was announced on my old phone. I downloaded the app on my new phone, but I couldn't log into my account. I was able to reset my password using my laptop but on the mobile app, I still can't access it. If the admin or creators could help with the mobile app troubleshooting, that will be appreciated.

I signed up for the app but cannot log in and there is no contact personnel to help with the login. It keeps saying my email is not associated with the sign-up info. Need help.

Doesn't work, paid for a yearly membership and won't let me sign in and won't let me recover or change my password. Would ove to use it as my company highly praises this app for it's teaching and learning potential, but I am rather frustrated with it.
