COMCAST CAN DO NO RIGHT. ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT, BUT EXPECTED SO (KNOWING THE DISS-SERVICE UN-PROVIDER) 96% of Comcast customers are only using the service for lack of any other options. I'd encourage you to try different providers. Even if the price may be a bit higher, you MAY be happier. Comcast looks to charge you for everything. Even if your box is broken and you cannot watch your paid for stations until a service provider shows up nearly a week later, YOU WILL PAY FOR THE DAYS WITHOUT SERVICE. THEY WON'T VOLUNTARILY PRORATE YOUR CHARGES. NOW DOESN'T THAT PROVE POOR QUALITY OF SAID "SERVICE"? YES
