TV programming should be free, especially if you are already a Comcast subscriber! NO! Comcast would rather you download this ap and see that's it's pay per view service! COMCAST CAN DO NO RIGHT. ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT, BUT EXPECTED SO (KNOWING THE DISS-SERVICE UN-PROVIDER) 96% of Comcast customers are only using the service for lack of any other options. I'd encourage you to try different providers. Even if the price may be a bit higher, you MAY be happier. Comcast looks to charge you for everything. Even if your box is broken and you cannot watch your paid for stations until a service provider shows up nearly a week later, YOU WILL PAY FOR THE DAYS WITHOUT SERVICE. THEY WON'T VOLUNTARILY PRORATE YOUR CHARGES. NOW DOESN'T THAT PROVE POOR QUALITY OF SAID "SERVICE"? YES
