Genuinely a nicely designed and pleasantly simplified jellyfin client. It lacks some settings, and there is no dashboard access, but I wouldn't frame the latter as a bad thing. My issue with this app is how buggy it sadly is. Locking screen in the player and then unlocking it blacks out the video, forcing you to close and reopen it. Continue watching doesn't update a lot of times, and I get thrown back sometimes even a couple episodes at a time. I'd love to use this app, but the bugs get annoying

Overall a grea app! It directs streams more video types than the official jellyfin app, which is my biggest issue with it. I did have to reinstall the app once to fix a bug. I connected to my server via tail scale (separate address) and closed the app. Many days later I opened app w/o tail scale, and it froze on the streaming logo. I wish it had the option to change audio language from the video player, and that selection would persist (at least across the same session) when watching a series.

It is a very good client for jellyfin. Being able to quickly download my jellyfin library with subtitles is a game changer. Native integration with jelly seer is also very good. One app to do most of what I need when managing my media library

The best thing this half has over the jellyfin app is that you can watch the downloaded content from the app, jellyfin just downloads the file to your device, and you have to keep track of where you are on a series, so this is much easier. The problem though is that this app never remembers if you change the default speed, it will always start again at 1x speed even though I change the default speed and "for this show" speed on every episode I watch.

Seasons are presented awfully. If there are three seasons. You have to press on season 1 to see that there are more seasons.

Does not work on nVidia Shield Pro and TiVo Stream 4K. I've gotten this to install on my Android Phone, and it looks like it could be a serious competitor to the native Jellyfin app given all of its features, however, if this can't run on the one of the best, if not THE Best streaming devices of the last 6 years the Shield Pro, this is a serious set-back. Hopefully the developer fixes this problem, and I'd raise my rating. Have a great day.

Doesn't support some free ddns. Can't connect to my jellyfin through a ddns provided by synology: *.myds.me. Will update the review once fixed

Looked promising until I tried to start the app on my tablet, and it would not start. Then I tried the app on my phone UI is great much better than the official one but the player itself is bad. When I try to scrub through the movie the dimming is not covering the whole movie. With tablet support and the playback fix this app would be great.
