I like that purchases go through basically immediately while the market is open, which helps ensure that stocks are bought at the best price. They recently increased the monthly fee to $12.50/month or $120 annually, which is way overpriced when you're not investing a ton to get that amount at least back in a month/year. Also, their customer service is not very responsive. I will be deleting my account and going with a different investment app.

They made an error when I deposited money. Thry never actually took the money from my account and then charged me a fee for insufficient funds. Then closed my account. When I contacted support they were absolutely no help. Basically said It's not their problem. But even tho the account is closed I still get spammed with portfolio updates. All in all i don't recommend.

Con artists. They tell you it's billed monthly but infact is billed annually. Luckily I dodged a bullet, whew! Edit - Yes, I picked the option, which stated billed monthly, and you still tried to charge annually. There was only one option when I signed up in terms of billing intervals, and the rest of the options were for subscription tier. Nonetheless, it is very misleading. It should say billed yearly under the yearly subscription, yet it says monthly.

This app basically stole $100 from me. I took my card off, so they wouldn't continue to pull $100 for nothing. Somehow my banking info ended up back on the app like I never deleted it just to pull another $100. I unsubscribed but now I can't even sign in to pull out my own money. As soon as I sign in it crashes every single time
