I loved the idea of this app. It's great 4 detail oriented ppl who enjoy sharing their opinion. The questions r easy. I've installed it 2ce to give it a fair shot. But with similar issues both times resulting in a waste of time. It's not the app's fault. I tend to over-explain so I think the app had timed out. When I submitted my answer, it was either rejected or non-responsive. I certainly didn't feel like redoing it! I reached out to CS once. They credited me 50% of the payout which was fair.

Thanks to this app those with no state ID and job can get paid, I'm loving it, actually. Love that I get paid for different stories even if they may be the same different stories all the time because I get paid for doing the same stories, so I have no complaints here. I even get approved for payment fast, and it's sent to my PayPal in the morning on the next day, amazing. I don't mind that some stories are a few cents because it adds up. So thank you street bees. For being legit, and fast service.

Highly disappointed this doesn't give phone verification code, so I couldn't sign into my account. There was also error saying my old number couldn't be used to sign in anymore, I suggest it would be better if you guys added an option to sign in with gmail and not only phone number this wouldn't be a problem. I have not been able to make money for months dealings with sign in error

I have been using the app for a couple of years now, but I just got a new phone and after installing, I can't get past the first step. It will not send a code to my phone. I've tried about 20 times. PLEASE HELP! I love this app and would love to keep using it.

I used to like Street bees, especially when they added the partner surveys. But I completed 1 on the 20th August and still did not receive my payment-usually it takes 1 day. I opened a ticket on the app, it's been 2 days with no response. I sent an email, nothing. I see how quick they are to respond here, so I'm taking a chance. Edit: I'm no longer getting paid for partner surveys. I did 3 surveys and no payments.

This is unless I did 2 surveys and I haven't got paid back, and it said approved for payment since, and when I checked I didn't see the other survey, pls do this the only thing I can do to save my family
