This app finds incomplete and extendable data in your vicinity and displays it on a map as markers. Each of those is solvable by answering a simple question to complete the info on site.
The info you enter is then directly added to the OpenStreetMap in your name, without the need to use another editor.

Good app but contains vulgar language in the changelog 😕 Edit: need I remind the publisher that Street Complete is rated "E" for "Everyone" on the Play Store? If you want to use strong language (which there is no need for), change the rating :)

This app has a very European centric approach to data collection. When you're outside Europe most of the questions you'll get will be absolutely useless (why ask about cobblestones in countries that don't use cobblestones?). They also outright refuse to collect data about accessibility (like curb cuts and tactile pavement) when you're outside Europe. Asking for an improvement leads to being mocked by the developers. The developer's reply below illustrates my point.

Do not use tag schemes which have not gone through an official proposal/voting process! You have a powerful tool for beginners but most don't know which tags have been already established and if there are conflicting duplicate tag schemes. Therefore, they will blindly follow your app. So if you put into use such tag schemes and not taking into account the established ones, you are litteraly breaking the data with tags which have not been voted. You're taking advantage of the position of your app.
