Stress Autism Mate junior

🧘‍♂️ Stress Autism Mate (SAM) junior helps young people with autism cope with daily experienced stress. The app can help you to better understand daily experienced stress and can give you tips on how to deal with it. SAM junior can also help you prepare for future stressful events. The app is scientifically based and made at GGz Centraal for and by young people between the ages of 12 and 18 with an autism spectrum disorder. The app was developed in cooperation with the research organization TNO.

😌 With SAM junior you can:
• Determine your current stress level by using a questionnaire (SAM junior uses a scientifically validated algorithm for this)
• Get an overview of moments in the day and daily activities that go well and those that go less well
• Get tips to reduce your stress at any time of the day
• Enter your own tips or try those of others
• Use the diary to write down your thoughts and feelings
• Discuss your weekly summary of stress levels with a friend, loved one or practitioner (only if you want to, you are in control)
SAM junior, against the stress of today and tomorrow.
