Stride: GPS Running Tracker

Stride records your run with GPS and then shows what it was worth: splits, pace corrected for the hills, and the points it scored for the week. Every Sunday at midnight UTC the season closes and the divisions sort themselves out again.

Five divisions, from Base up to Peak. A pod holds up to 30 runners, the top five go up and the bottom five go down. Points come from your grade adjusted kilometres, the days you were out, and the weekly challenge, and the app shows you that arithmetic line by line.

TRACKING
- Start a run and see distance, pace and time on one screen, with the map following you.
- Splits lock in as you pass each kilometre, and the audio cues call them out.
- Grade adjusted pace corrects for what the hill did to you, using published factors.
- At the finish the run becomes a route drawing, a split table and a line in the standings.

THE LEAGUE
- Weekly seasons from Monday to Sunday, with promotion and relegation.
- Global boards for distance, elevation, longest run and the weekly challenge.
- A crew you invite by code, with messages, reactions and head to head duels.
- Only real GPS sessions score. Manual entries stay in your log and off the boards.

SESSIONS
- Interval and tempo sessions with the structure spelled out block by block.
- The pacer holds you to the target pace of the block you are in.
- Build your own intervals: repeats, distances, recoveries.

YOUR LOG
- Every run with its map, its splits and its charts.
- Personal bests from 1 km to the marathon, found inside the runs you already did.

WHAT IS FREE
Tracking, splits, grade adjusted pace, the map, the audio cues, your log and your records, and the whole league with every board and every challenge. The competition is free.

WHAT PRO ADDS
- Trends across months: pace direction, consistency, race predictions from your own times, and how your bests progressed.
- The full session library and the interval builder.
- Crew boards, so the people you invited have a ranking of their own.
- Your runs as GPX and CSV, plus a backup file you can restore.

Pro changes nothing about points, ranks, boards or the weekly challenge. The competition is the same for everyone.

PRIVACY
Your GPS track never leaves your phone. The league receives distance, time, splits and elevation as numbers, never a position or a route. Without a handle Stride runs as an offline tracker and sends nothing at all.
