This app really sucks atm. My bf booked a ride to and from anderson the day before yesterday, yesterday, and today, and no one even answered. Everytime we try to rebook the ride it'll say there aren't any drivers currently near you pls try again. This really isn't helpful.

Rating the app itself: You have to make an account and you must enter your credit information before you can see anything. You cannot make an informed decision about going with a taxi/shuttle/etc beforehand because you cannot see the availability of the cars nor the surge prices. After all that, I requested a ride. UI is similar to Uber. I was stuck on "Requesting ride" screen with the only option to "cancel ride". My ride came and called me, even though I had no idea it went through. App sucks

So terrible. You can't even book a driver. The app makes you wait over 20 minutes and just tells you sorry we couldn't book you a driver. I've waited until I tried it a few times before I left a review and at all times it was disappointing. Stroll Guam is a wannable Uber with a terrible app experience. Losers lol
