I've been using this app for almost 2 years. The app is very intuitive. I have been trying to find an easy-to-use workout app for a long time and this is now my go to.

This app is very useful for tracking your 5X5 strong lifts workouts.it calculates the poundage and rest time.

Buggy as hell. Unable to delete workouts and my custom workouts are not displayed in this main screen.

No real direction for each training program. Not a lot of science based hypertrophy material. However, I didn't get too far into it. All that matters is that you can't personalize your training without paying for subscription. Plus it's all compound strength training without recognition of megacycles

Switched from apple to Android. Really disappointed in this app now. Missing a lot of little features. Feels like it's been abandoned. Also doesn't work on my watch like on Apple. Will be switching to HEVY as it seems like it has more features over there. Disappointed.
