★★★★★ I've used this app off and on for years. What it does, which is guided you through the Strong lifts 5x5 program and track your progress, it does it well.

★★★★★ Love the app and its ease of use, the program selection is fantastic along with the tutorials on any workout and weight selection. Nothing but good things to say.

★★☆☆☆ Another update another glitch 😁 Steps to reproduce 1. Created a new workout program, 2. Add 4 workouts (e.g. mon, Tue, wed, thu) 3. Go home screen only 3 gets listed (issue found on my Vivo X100 Pro)

★★☆☆☆ This was a great app but now ruined by endless nag screens about upgrading to pro. I already purchased the lifetime pro pack years ago and have no intention of a subscription, and the endless nagging is just ridiculous.

★★☆☆☆ I used to love this app but every time I open they are trying to sell me a subscription for what is basically a spreadsheet. They once had a 1 time pay option but even though I paid for that I'm still asked for a subscription. There are free versions of the system or just use a notepad or spreadsheet.

★★☆☆☆ Urgent: The update broke the previous behavior again. Copy settings stopped working. When you have sets and reps from one workout, and you choose the other workouts to copy to, click "Done", nothing happens. Broken by stupid update. Another question; How to remove the existing workout example programs? Total junk it's a visual clutter and clunky enough to interfere with the program I want to create.
