★★★★★ The app is really helpful and excellent! It makes finding student accommodation so easy and stress-free. The interface is user-friendly, and the options are great. Highly recommended for students.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible experience with an agent. Most of the properties which I kept shortlisting and which were shown available and at high prices, the agent kept saying it's not available, and he talked to the landlord. He kept showing me properties at very high prices, maybe he gets more incentive by doing this. He would reply after a period of 2–3 days and ask me not to make more applications as it gets hectic for him, Duh! I booked the same room on housemates.io in just 2-3 conversation exchanges.

★★☆☆☆ Don't use this app!!! Consultants are so rude, they are listing rooms that are sold out, and never reply to email. It's been 1 month and I haven't received my refund, they don't reply ANY of my email regarding my refund until I dispute to my bank, finally they replied just to ask me to cancel the dispute. Many reviews on Trustpilot are fake if you read them thoroughly

★★☆☆☆ I tried to book an accommodation here. They told me to wait for 24 hours to get a confirmation, then asked me to wait again for another 48 hours. Then suddenly they told me that they don't have the accommodation and told me to check on another booking website with extra fees. Truly disappointing, keep telling the customer to wait for nothing.
