Student Universe is nice, but it takes nearly an hour talking to someone to get an airline's travel trip set up. I do with that there was a way to be able to use trip credits across all the airline's instead of just 1. The person should be able to use that from the website instead of calling in, so it can be done faster than 54 to 58 minutes. But I got my trip set up for Memphis, TN in April 2024. I shall see how things go.

More like 0–1 stars! I ONLY selected 5 stars so that this will be seen &NOT get buried ignored! I genuinely wanted to use this app for my son to travel...BUT I can't even open the damn thing after downloading it several times.several upgrades trying different ways...yet & still I can't bypass the installation! For that reason, I can't give an honest or accurate review!

The app works great to find and purchase flights, with prices very competitive. Now that I've booked/purchased flights, the app is having issues and the My Trips tab times out saying check my internet connection and try again - my Wi-Fi signal is full. So, rather annoying to have an app and still have to go through email to find info. Also, the Inbox tab is nothing but advertising; not even my itinerary, a confirmation, or thank you.

Garbage app. Every time I open the app, I have to enter the booking ref or invoice number again in order to fetch my trip details. There is no option to change or cancel the flight online. It has to be done on the phone only. Also, starting from today, I cannot even use the app. It pops up a page saying Update Now, but then when I click on the button, it just takes me to the Play store page of the app with the "Open" button. When I click on the "Open" button, it again pops up "Update Now" dialog.

After latest update, can't search for flights anymore. Keeps saying "network error" after clicking search for flight
