Stundennachweis

Stundennachweis tracks working time the way freelancers and small studios need it: fast, without an account, without ads.

TRACK IN SECONDS
• One line: Client › Project › Module › Type, note, done.
• Continue as before: the last context is preselected, a single tap starts the timer.
• Create new clients, projects or modules right in the field, without leaving the flow.
• Add time afterwards with tolerant input: 1:30, 90, 90m or 1.5h. From, To and Duration complete each other.
• Running timer in the notification, with pause and resume.

JOURNAL AND CALENDAR
• Daily journal with editing, duplicating and full-text search.
• Month and week calendar with hours per client and day, filter with a tap.

REPORT AND EXPORT
• Period presets, filters on every level, grouping by client, project, module or type.
• Totals as h:mm and decimal hours, amounts by rate, comparison with the previous period.
• Billing status per position, open items per client at a glance.
• Export as a print-ready PDF timesheet, as an Excel workbook, as CSV or JSON — share or save.

BILLING THE WAY YOU AGREED IT
• Rates per client, project or module, inherited downwards.
• Billing in hours or days, rounding grid per client, project budget with warning.
• Tracked minutes always stay exact; only what gets billed is rounded.

A subscription covers all devices connected to the same sync account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play.

Types of work that were never used can now be deleted instead of only archived. The deletion syncs to all your devices. Types of work that have entries stay protected and can still be archived.
