★★★★★ Why I cannot see the speed limit setting in the menu after purchasing the app and the license? My firmware is 4.6.1 and as per the description: Max Speed for each mode (works only for E8000 motor with E8000 display and with a firmware up to 4.3.2)

★★★★★ 4 star for the app (extra hardware requirement) 5-star developer support! Worked fine but needed hardware connection to work (Shimano EP8 motor). Purchased a license and tried to set location to US (for increased top assisted speed) but Android app (though it connects to my bike better than the official Shimano eTube app!!) was unable to alter the market location to the USA. Since I'd bricked my bike with the eTube app on my phone trying to do a firmware upgrade (!) I bought the SM-PCE02 interface box to do any further upgrades. I used the (licensed) STun locker app in a Windows 10 virtual machine running in Parallels on a Mac to make the changes. It is important to have the bike switched ON to get and change the settings otherwise you get a "communication error" message. The interface box is an expensive bit of kit but if you have it you can avoid having to downgrade the bike firmware to make changes. A friend did get his EP8 market location reset over Bluetooth from a laptop PC but not sure if this app was used or not...

★★☆☆☆ Beware this app license at a cost of 32 pounds in order to (unleash the power) will NOT work with shimano ep8 motor they take your money and then say you have to downgrade the ep8 in order for it to work but the motor is useless after that DO NOT DOWNGRADE customer service was very rude and refused a refund don't believe a word they say, SCAM and as for your reply saying I'm a consumer terrorist I AIN'T EVEN GOT STARTED YET

★★☆☆☆ Avoid like COVID-19 Paid for premium license Will not work with current firmware for shimano e7000 ul need to downgrade to old version this is no 2-minute job don't waste ur money I messaged service team who sent a load of links none of which worked Then when I said I would buy another product I got a good luck and a ha ha Stay well away update was never rude or insulting just asked for help and got sent a PDF instructions again try 2day to make this work now have uninstalled app stay clear

★★☆☆☆ I did the firmware downgrade then it bricked my unit, I was still able to "do the settings" apparently which were not saved or applied despite saying "success". To get the bike working again I had to do the update again which was VERY SCARY, I thought I killed the bike. While it's a cheap app, it didn't save any settings it said it did.
