Katrina is professional and efficient, and she does not waste your time by having you sit and wait to get your hair done. She gets you in and out! And she does great work!

It's ok-ish sometimes. I find that I'm constantly paying booking fees and then the stylist cancels the appointment. This occurs often. Very unreliable site, you have to really do your research as they allow non-professionals to book through this site. After having my appointment randomly canceled more than 4× (the day before or day of appointment) I will be deleting my account with them. It's more stressful than helpful.

They allow the stylist to make their own rules and some of the stylist are doing completely scam like activity. Like not showing their cancellation policy until after you pay a deposit and book a service only to find out that if you cancel it the deposit is non-refundable. Or making appointments for you without discussing it with you first.

I booked a stylist on Style seat, but she was late and quoted me double. I tried to cancel the appt., but the Style seat app didn't allow me to. Two of my credit cards in my Style seat profile were charged. I contacted Style seat, and they shared MY comments with the stylist requesting her to refund. She has yet to respond. Fraud Charges and Violation of Privacy!!!!!
