It generally takes almost a minute after the job posting comes out in Frontline for it to come to Sub Alert. In that time the job has almost always already been taken. But it's an ok fix since the Frontline system is no longer directly alerting subs of jobs.

I have been dealing with subalert for year love it until now. I renew my account, but I can't get back it. One problem were password that were changed now it wanted the old password. Each time I email support and keep geting a link that keep carried me back and forward, but problem is not solve. I wish there were a number to call because these inks are not working

It is good when it works. However, lately some jobs that I have available are showing up on Frontline, but NOT on the app, and I am not always receiving alerts. This app was once very good, and I could always rely on it. Now, it seems to be a hit or miss. UPDATE: They are going out of business at the end of the year because Frontline is ending their agreement with them. Good riddance. We shouldn't have to pay to work anyway!

All this does is check the Frontline site for job postings more often than the Frontline default app. But since everyone uses this now, it creates the same problem we had before-you are lucky to get one out of ten alerts. Someone else gets them first. Same frustration for five bucks months.

When you sub for multiple districts, this is only ok to a certain degree. You only get a certain number of phone calls and texts. So, if you're subbing for multiple districts, you get a lot of texts & calls, then you run out of the amount you're alloted. You're pretty much on your own just like you would be with the frontline app. Luckily, school districts know me, so they're calling me before they post anything. It has come in handy sometimes though.
