Subtotal: Subscription Manager

You are paying for more than you think.

Subtotal adds every subscription up into one figure — what leaves your account each month, and what that comes to in a year. Then it warns you days before each renewal, on your phone and by email, while cancelling can still stop the charge. No bank connection, no scraping: you enter what you pay for, and the app does the arithmetic.

WHAT IT DOES
• One honest total — every subscription added up, by month and by year, in your own currency.
• Renewal reminders days ahead, on your phone and by email, so no charge lands unannounced.
• A calendar of every payment coming up, so renewal day never collides with payday.
• Where the money goes: by category, by plan and by payment method, ranked by yearly cost.
• Price history — every rise kept on record, and a warning before the next one.
• Free trials tracked to the day they convert into a real charge.
• Shared plans split properly, so you only ever count your share.
• Any billing cycle — weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or an interval you set yourself.
• Multi-currency, converted into one home currency you choose.
• A yearly review: your heaviest month, your biggest category, and what you cancelled.

SUBTOTAL PRO
Unlimited subscriptions, spending trends, budgets, the savings tracker, home-screen widgets, calendar sync, CSV import and export, and an app lock. Free covers up to 5 subscriptions with full totals and reminders — nothing is ever deleted if you stop paying.

No ads, no trackers, nothing sold. Your ledger lives in your own account and syncs to your own devices, and you can delete it and everything in it from inside the app.

Subtotal is a ledger for money that leaves on a schedule — subscriptions, memberships, insurance, the gym, the mobile plan, the streaming you forgot about. If it charges you again next month, it belongs here.
