This app is the single reason why I wasn't lost in Seoul. Genuinely couldn't have found my way around if it weren't for this app. If your native language is English, or English is stronger and more recognizable than Korean, I highly recommend using this app to navigate the Seoul Metro. The metro themselves are in Korean and English too, but figuring out where you need to go, this app will help you out immensely! 2025/05/21 I am still using this app 6 years later, and it is still amazing!

I visit Seoul/South Korea multiple times a year – this is the only app I use to navigate the subway system, and it has never failed me before. Besides its absolute reliability, the user interface is also pleasant and easy to figure out. Truly a 5-star app!

You're times aren't accurate anymore. Multiple times this app has stated that the subway will come at this time only for it to be incorrect and show up 5, 7, even 10 minutes late. Inaccurate transfer times. I can't even begin to count how many times I've missed the transfer because of this. I am uninstalling this app and using a different app from now on.

*EDIT* one year later, and they still haven't fixed the times even after responding to my review!!! The train at 9:18 Sindorim bound does NOT continue on, it terminates! Fix your times! The app is constantly and repeatedly incorrect with the scheduled timing, often by 10 minutes or more. Especially on line 2 it often says a train will arrive and continue on normally when actually the next stop terminates (at sindorim) and I have to wait for another 6–10 minutes for the next train.
