I love this game, but there is an ad called experiencia, that gives no way to exit out, so I have to start the game all over again and the ad keeps freezing. Is there anything you can do about this?

This Game is infuriating Every Ad kicks you out or resets the level so no matter how many times you beat it, an ad plays, freezes or messes it up and resets the level over and over and over and over again eternally they CLEARLY DO NOT WANT YOU TO LEVEL UP AT ALL SO THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY OUT THE OFFERS STEAR CLEAR!!!!!! Sucks. At level 27 for 6 days I have been on the same level I've sent you crackerjack all stars an email asking you to fix your game and after 3 attempts and completed it all 3 times. Seems funny that Mr. Beasts BTC mining app was on as soon as the count-down was finished so was my moving on to play the next level. That's all I wanted. And I'm not taking down my experience or deleting my messages or review . Either my aggravating experience is met with a positive adjustment ordeal w it .xxx.
