I absolutely love this app its made my life and banking so much easier to keep track of everything all I have to do is open my phone and there are so many different options I can do everything I need to do right from my phon, I get a notification for everything and I never have to go to the bank or wait for monthly statements its great you can do everything with this app if you have a sugar river bank account I recommend that you download this app cus it will make everything so much easier

Overall Sugar River'a Mobile Banking is not bad, I feel that it could have been done differently. Some of the widgets in it like the transactions section could have been much easier to understand, and if I don't want any of the notifications from any of my transactions sent to my email or text message I should be able to have that option not be penalized for it. It says if I block the transactions then my account will be on hold, that don't explain much to me and it jus doesn't make any sense.

Recent changes to this app have made it less user-friendly. It is visually busy and navigating through it is more complicated.

It refuses to update my balance (says error updating) Even after an update to a new app you can't fix this issue that's a constant problem. I'm going to have to call just to get my balance and see who got paid.

Too difficult to take clear photos for remote deposits. The old app was much easier to use.
