★★★★★
I absolutely love this app but more importantly I love the guidelines. I
listen to the sugar cravings hypnosis, and it really helps. The Countdown is
also helpful and the Facebook group is amazing support. Love everything
about it. X

Absolutely loved this app, just finished the 21-day challenge, found the challenge and hypnosis sessions really good at helping me not to crave sugar. Before this I would not have gone a day without drinking fizzy juice or eating chocolate, but now for 3 weeks I didn't even touch them which is a great achievement for me, have restarted the challenge again and finding it much easier this time...
★★★★★
Amazing App! As well as the 12 Weeks to Wow by Sue and James, this App has great hypnosis sessions that honestly work. I have tried every diet under the sun. Day 46, no sugar and no dieting required! Strongly recommend!
★★☆☆☆
Have purchased this app and hypnosis aren't downloading. Have purchased others without a problem. Any suggestions?

This is a terrible App. Do not purchase! It had so little content and the content that there is terrible and utterly unhelpful!

I had to pay the price first to try... For the app do not notify and support... Even do not remind to drink water.... I regret 😏
★★☆☆☆
Don't buy. There is nothing special about this app. It actually does nothing really.
