★★★★★ Absolutely loved this app, just finished the 21-day challenge, found the challenge and hypnosis sessions really good at helping me not to crave sugar. Before this I would not have gone a day without drinking fizzy juice or eating chocolate, but now for 3 weeks I didn't even touch them which is a great achievement for me, have restarted the challenge again and finding it much easier this time...

★★★★★ Amazing App! As well as the 12 Weeks to Wow by Sue and James, this App has great hypnosis sessions that honestly work. I have tried every diet under the sun. Day 46, no sugar and no dieting required! Strongly recommend!
