Prices seem high for the value. You do make it an easy shop, but I really wanted to spend time on a Saturday, I could do so much better. Paying more for convince that value at this point

Absolutely love this app. Being able to purchase food and brings directly from Japan is exactly what I was looking for. I do wish they would add more options, but it keeps us connected to the favorite drinks and food from Japan itself.

It's not letting me favorite items. Every time I tried to create a new wishlist I get an error message "updating wishlist failed please try again soon."

Wow. Nothing works. The main pages load but nothing is accessible, even search is broken. Among all apps that at least open without crashing, this is the least functional app I've ever seen in 20 years of experience with apps.

Horrible checkout experience. Genuinely intended to buy several items. However, during the checkout process, it keeps loading the "$1.55 check out fee" in and out repeatedly and stuck there. Even after reinstall app still the same. Thus ended up can't buy anything at all. Pls do something about that.

I wish I could NOT give Stars. My Lifetime Discount Code does not work with my Account when I use the Application instead of the Website AND I created TWELVE WISHLIST because there is a FIFTY ITEM LIMIT on Wishlist. How am I supposed to keep track of what I cannot afford [yet] if the Application does not provide organizational help? There is only SO MUCH PATIENCE I CAN SPARE for the inanity that is the Programming for this Application. Someone PLEASE HELP THEIR TEAM!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
