Great App with information to all. This is a prevention app. Developed in Angus for Wayside people but can also be used by anyone as the principles in the how to help section are the same. Choose life was Scotland's national suicide prevention strategy and this app is part of the local areas work to prevent suicide and reach people who do not interact with services.

Not recommended NHS 24 phone number is out of date the new number is 111. Doesn't give you much information just phone numbers which you can get off the Internet and most depressed people would have heard of Samaritans too.
