I had booked an Active Scooter(on 4th For 5th. But when I called the provider on 5th provider(DSS Bikes) told scooter not available for schedule time, either will provide alternative Avenger for 1000 extra or Call the Sukkot ask for Refund. When Called Sukkot executive told will get cancellation mail within 24hrs after the call. Till now No refund received No mail received regarding order. #My first time experience booking from Sukkot horrible experience. NEVER BOOKING AGAIN TILL I GET MY REFUND

Worst experience ever, I have booked two bikes on this app in chennai. Payment was done on the website & the booking was confirmed. When we went to pick up the bikes they said only one bike is available they were unable to provide the bikes what we booked instead of that they were trying to convince us to take another models, and we didn't pick up the bikes, and we asked for refund, and it takes so much time to connect with customer care, I would have given 0 stars if there is an option
