The 3D Compass and detailed Ephemeris provide a wealth of information about the largest natural light source in the galaxy:

Took this app to help me look for good places for sunsets, have found a couple uses for it since. But the features are impressively accurate: azimuth, elevation, even the internal compass are all spot on.

I have both Lite and the Paid version, and I cannot see why anyone thinks $8.00 is a lot to pay - gracious me, that is so reasonable for what you get on this app. I use it all the time for my photography, and it pinpoints me to exactly where I need to be with my camera to capture both sun and moon rising and setting. This evening is full moon so thanks to this App, Brighton Pier is being shown as one of the best locations to capture the full 'Worm' moon rising at the same time the beautiful sun setting.

10/10 Definitely Recommend. If you're trying to get access to the full version, you are an arrogant cotten-headed-ninnymuggins. How do you expect the people who developed this app to make a living? They probably have families they have to support. I can't afford the full app, but needed to know some specifics about the sunrise for a photo, and while yes, this free version has very limited functions, it did everything I needed. I WILL be upgrading to the full paid version asap. TY dev team!

The app misses basic features for both lite & paid versions that are available in other free apps; most importantly daily reminders/alarms for specific events, customizable widgets for selective events and just that the 3D Compass is so uninformative with the lower-half of the orbit being cut for no reason

Worthless, this app wants you to purchase the full version, the free app is nearly useless. I had this app all of 5 minutes. For the price you may as well get photo pill, I was hoping this would have worked. If you go to the map view... I hope you live in Italy, it doesn't work anywhere else...

Entering location manually is a premium feature and the GPS feature refuses to get the location (it works in every single other app I have). Thus free version useless waste of my time
