Only thing I think it's needs is I'd like to know how much it is to upgrade from tanning to 1 spray tan. Other than upgrade prices per spray tan or spas ea it works great I've had no issues w the app. I do love this spa/tan wellness City. It's very reasonable priced n girls are so real nice

Worst app I've ever used. it's not user-friendly and confusing. Had to go in person to cancel my monthly because i couldn't find the option to cancel on the app. They wouldn't let me cancel my monthly until I had my first payment which was stupid because I had already paid for it. Then instead of charging me $32.99, it charged me over $40 for some reason. I went back in person after it had already charged me again, and they said they couldn't cancel it in person because it was against policy. Scam

Terrible app! I have Uninstalled and reinstalled this app at least a dozen times and tried 7 different credit/ debit cards and when I click on add card, it does absolutely nothing. Since your terrible business practice only allows you buy certain things in the app and not in the store I can't purchase the things I need to be a customer. Forget asking for help in store as well cuz the people there are just as useless as the dang app. Never have I seen a company this incompetent

It won't allow you to make a payment unless u accept all cookies. I didn't want to accept it but where you accept cookies took up the bottom of payment page and wouldn't let you make a payment without accepting cookies as it covered the part where you submit payment. Hopefully I was able to remove cookies but not sure could you please add a spot that says accept cookies or decline cookies. Thank you. I love the locations in Springfield Missouri they are amazing always clean and friendly

Predatory business practices. I was scammed into a "cancel anytime!" membership for a wedding. The app refuses to let me cancel even though there are no documents ANYWHERE, that state a minimum amount before canceling. I paid the initial $21 (July) after the $2 (June) sign up fee was "waved" and then was charged $43 for 1 month (August)! I only went twice in June. Highly suggest you find a different salon.
