No disrespect, but your app is horrible. Read the reviews. U can't use the app if you have extra points on the wknds. The online app needs a new I.T. team to organize app correctly. Clients can't read what's in the lotions, a lot of people have allergies & horrible reactions to those. Some clients enjoy tanning at your facility, but many things are risky with your online app, like hidden fees & continued withdrawals from canceled accts.

The Bettendorf location is usually my favorite location, I will not be going back to this location again. The girl behind the counter is very rude I got a spray tan I never used anything else with it last time, and it was perfect. She told me if I didn't use one of these they couldn't guarantee my spray tan would work. Well now I have paid $42 to be orange. This is awful Thank you, Tan City
