Despite my warnings about MTM taking over, Sun Van's Dial a Ride program is still, even with the cement shoes they're forced to wear by MTM, FAR ABOVE what MTM seems capable of doing. In my opinion, the city of Tucson should give the contract back to MTM and send them back to Phoenix.

Lately with suntan I have had my limits with the new drivers, they don't ask for my name, they drive me around for a whole 45 minutes to 1 hour, making me really late to my appointments that are needed for my mental health state I understand it's a free ride yatta so on, but if you're going to get new drivers, at least get on their tails for this. This is ridiculous, I've complained on the phone with Cynthia, numerous times, I'm just tired if I could use my legs I would walk. Disappointed
