Despite my warnings about MTM taking over, Sun Van's Dial a Ride program is still, even with the cement shoes they're forced to wear by MTM, FAR ABOVE what MTM seems capable of doing. In my opinion, the city of Tucson should give the contract back to MTM and send them back to Phoenix.

I think it's very nice of us to be able to get a free ride to where we need to go. And I think the company is trying very hard to accommodate everybody, and I just think it's wonderful and your drivers are very sweet.

App does not work most of the time. It's not working now. It always says, error unable to log you in! App sucks!

The app needs a lot of work. You are forced to tell them where and when your appointment is. Then they add their response times, and they tell you when they will pick you up. You will arrive way before your appointment time. Also, it is impossible to do a "will call" with the app. This is when you don't know how long your appointment will last. Every time I've used the app I have to call anyway to clear up some issue or have a question answered. It's better to not use the app and call in.
