Had multiple occasions where the new edition of the paper would NOT download even with subs up to date! Even now on FATHER'S DAY!! Uninstall/ReInstall removed all previous editions. Poor app.

Doesn't Work - my father has a current subscription but is unable to download the e version of The Sunday Times paper. Support told us to sign out and restart device before signing back in again, otherwise it's the device that is the problem. Well I tried on multiple devices and get the same error "Subscription is inactive". It's been paid for the past 4 months, but you can't use it. Rather buy the physical newspaper and avoid disappointment.

Frustrating and Bad! Forever have to reinstall because it just won't download! Also, forever asking me to renew subscription while my subscription has not expired!
