“Daily rhythm” is a new screen showing what your entries add up to: when your baby usually falls asleep, how much they sleep at night and by day, how that compares to WHO guidance, and your usual gap between feeds.

Reminders now follow your routine: sleep before the usual bedtime, a feed after the usual gap. And if a day passes with no entries, we’ll nudge you that evening. Worked out on your phone, works offline.
