Requires your location services to be always on and, of course, needs access to those services. Apparently, it can't figure out what time the sun rises without that, even though you enter your location into the app. Consequently, without the location services enabled and the permissions granted, the alarm time doesn't change as the time of sunrise changes but, instead, remains the same time as at the initial setup, just like a regular alarm clock. I'm looking one that changes as the sunrise does
