Sunshine is an app that Radiates the dark days in people’s live through Inspiration, Encouragement and Motivation. There’s a lot happening in the world right now and we all want somewhere we can fall back to and just reignite that dimming light that’s within us. This app is specifically designed for that.
How will that light be reignited by the Sunshine app?
As a user expect every day to get Quotes done by Sunshine that will take you through the day. Most of these quotes will have an objective of helping your mind have a different perspective and view of things which in summary we would say “Food for Thought.”
Accompanied by the quotes, you will receive daily affirmations that you will be able to speak and utter to yourself. Words are indeed powerful and amidst the noise and chaos in the world it trickles down to what you tell yourself. These affirmations will help you build a stronger relationship with yourself, because let’s face it, we are alive but do we really have a relationship with ourselves or do we let what the world has said be the last say about us? Lastly, one of the core focus for Sunshine is Mental Health awareness creation. Mental Health has become a global crisis with many lives being lost by death through suicide. Many people are also suffering in silence with their Mental Health, others are stigmatizing individuals battling with their Mental Health majorly because of lack of awareness. For too long this topic has been seen as a taboo topic but the reality is that mental health struggles are real and they could either affect us both directly and indirectly.
