SunUps is a 12 step mind and body exercise routine based on the ancient yogic practice of Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a yoga module comprising of 12 yoga postures performed in a cyclic manner. It is a way of expressing gratitude towards the sun for supporting life on this planet. A comprehensive workout for the mind, body, and soul, SunUps is a single mantra to remain fit, healthy and energetic!

Features of the app:
TRAIN
The app provides a training module for those who are unaware of the steps involved in Surya Namaskar. It also teaches you the Mantra to be chanted with each pose along with its meaning and the chakra energized. Follow with the app till you are comfortable doing SunUps on your own.

INFO
The app provides detailed information about the various benefits of making SunUps a daily practice.

DO
Once you have learned how to do SunUps or are already familiar with them, you are ready to start doing them and let the SunUps app track them for you!

Very Nice App It's very nice app to track my Surya Namskar. I also liked the name of the App Sunup. Just one request to not rename Surya Namskars as Snaps, naming App is fine . Let Surya Namskar Activity which is called Suryanamskar from millions of years be known as it's original name. For catering western world let's not lose our ingenuousness. To allure Indian clients Italians never called Pizza as Cheese Rotis or Chinese never called noodles as Semiyan still they got big IND Market

I like theAdvanced, English version, it helps me a lot, works well, but I suggest giving even more time for each Asana. In theadvanced, spanish version, the images are changing but the voice doesn't follow amd an asana is skipped
