An utterly useless app. Search for airport fails, check in forces you to install another app...what a damn mess. Not a good first impression. I will skip using this airline, despite the attractive schedule. What a shame.

First attempt of check in will always fail despite how precise you type the details. Email and print button also didn't work. Checked in flight will also don't show in boarding pass menu

The departure schedule of this plane is uncertain. The route Soeta (Jakarta) - Kualanamu (Medan), the initial schedule is 12:30, delayed 2 times, becoming 16:30, and then 18:30. So that the Medan landing is at night (21:00). Getting off the plane, picking up baggage and...the train to Medan is no longer there. Have you ever thought that the passengers bring babies and elderly people ???
