1)Q: How to set password?
A:Enter any 6 digits as your password. Strongly recommend you to set a secure email, which will help you find back password if you forget it.You can change your password in setting options.
2)Q: How to draw a pattern lock?
A: If you prefer pattern lock, you can set in the setting option. Just follow the steps and draw your pattern lock, you can also change it in setting.
3) Q: Why should I set a secure email?
A: Secure email will help you reset your password when you forget your password.It is very important.
4) Q: I forget my password , what to do?
A: a.If you have set a secure email, tap on the "┆" button ,follow the instructions and send us an email. You will soon receive a verification code in your email, enter that code correctly, you will be able to reset your password.
5) Q: How to view my photos/videos/files after moving them into vault?
A: You can view your photos /videos directly in the vault or move them out of vault and then view them. Other files can't be viewed in vault, you can move them out to view.
