Love the items, the gameplay, and that you mostly give us plenty of time for each level. But there are a few things that could be improved. Please don't give clues unless we ask for them. It's annoying to have clues flashing when you're trying to puzzle things out. Some levels, such as 45, need more time. Some levels with locked shelves have no space to use, others you're stuck after just a couple of moves, and it's impossible to pass the level without using tools. Otherwise, great game!

Level 137 is unbeatable without playing at least one ad to break a box open. Sometimes the level even begins with no empty space to move any items, so you can't make ANY moves. I emailed Hot Play about 4 days ago with screenshots. No response. Uninstalling. It's a shame-I loved the 30-minute rounds.

Ads extravaganza..... great for those people who hobby is to watch ads... and not playing the game. 2–3 ads after 1 game is annoying

I've been playing this game for quite some time. I've noticed that when I win a round, I may get points, but no pregame boosters. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and lost all of my previous points within minutes. This a be a good game if the bugs are worked out. And once you reach a particular level, you get the same puzzle over and over, and each game has a time of 35-37 minutes. Please advise.
