★★★★★ The hotel reservation went extremely well. Simple quick check-in. Thankfully I paid the extra $20 to include breakfast. Buffet breakfast was delicious and would have been $22 pp. Also, there were no hidden fees. I will definitely use this app again. Thank you, Super Travel

★★★★★ Super had great prices, and I found it so easy to use. Thank you for a great experience.

★★★★★ If you get the Super Cash account and use the card, it's got better benefits than almost any premium credit card. It's a safe way to build your credit score, easily save a lot of money on expenses, and not be troubled by credit inquiries to qualify or anything. I'd definitely recommend it (especially if you stay at hotels a lot, you get access to great deals and 10% cash back for bookings).

★★☆☆☆ No flexibility, rigid policies even for things beyond your control. They will not work with you at all. Better service and better deals elsewhere. Response: The hotel did give permission for the refund. Even so. I was told nothing could be done.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible customer service. I canceled my booking(7 days in advance of the fully refundable date) but they are not refunding my money, so I had to contact my credit card company. Would not use it ever again. Update: Got my refund (processing), but they do not have any productive live agents on their app. So will not be a smooth platform if you are looking for live agents.
