★★★★★ It's Ok. It works well accessing bike and it's features. The navigation leaves a lot to be desired. The navigation does not identify bike paths to all your navigation are on the road some without bike lanes. App can be a little buggy with features. Needs work. Update: navigation features have improved dramatically. 4 Stars

★★★★★ Works perfectly - always connects and stays connected, and I had no problem unlocking the extra power when offload.

★★★★★ No bells and whistles, but gets the job done just fine. 2 weeks and 150 miles on my RX, no issues, app works well.

★★★★★ It worked fine for the first few weeks without issue but then occasionally it kept losing the settings and disconnecting from the bike. Deleting the app and reinstalling it seemed to have fixed it for now, hopefully an update is in the works? Love the bike, and you don't even need the app for non throttle use, but it comes in handy in certain situations.

★★☆☆☆ Just received my new ZX. Problem with firmware zip on updating it invoked a EO17 error which rendered the bike unusable (stuck in mode 1) and app will pair but will not connect to bike on Bluetooth (Android) can't download and reinstall firmware . Not happy
