They show an offer discount on order but after applying the offer app gives an error of invalid offer. And ready to buy without offer. This way they are attracting customers to make a purchase by misguiding them and wasting our time.

I ordered one bed-wetting diaper on Jan 30th. After receiving the product, I requested return on the same day due to size issue. They didn't pick up the product and asked me to courier. It's been more than a month that I couriered, and I received the message that product has been delivered to the concerned team. Even after repeated follow-ups multiple times, I haven't received the refund. It's one of the very bad experience with Super bottoms team.

Itna kharaab experience maine diaper pants order ki thi jo Tomorrow mili. And maine apne baby ko pehnai and only one time par hi wet ho gyi poor pant. It's not good itna amount and quality itni bakwas. Mujhe patahota aisa product hai to main kabhi purchase nhi KYTI.

Very bad experience from customer care. They sent wrong product and when I asked it, they told that the product I ordered is not available, and so they sent different product. After that they are not responding. After receiving order also we don't have option to put review. Looks like the reviews displayed in app for products are not from actual customers. It's fake. There are only positive reviews.
