Superhero Combat

DESIGNED FOR TABLETS ONLY!
Welcome to Superhero Combat, the strategic card game where simple rules give way to incredible tactical depth! Designed for both casual players who want to quickly jump into the action and veteran strategists who love to carefully craft the perfect team, this is the ultimate superhero showdown you've been waiting for.
BUILD YOUR ULTIMATE TEAM
Your journey begins in the Team Building phase. With a diverse roster of heroes and villains on your bench, the choices are yours:
Assemble Your Squad: Choose 5 core cards to take the field.
Power Up with optional Stacks: Add "Stack" cards to your team members to combine their stats and create a powerhouse in a single slot.
Select Your Captain: Your Captain is the heart of your team! Their stats are added to every single battle turn, making your choice a critical strategic decision.
Master Synergies: Discover powerful stat bonuses by matching team affiliations. Will you assemble a team of powerful lone warriors, cunning Stack placements, or unstoppable team combinations?
UNLEASH DEVASTATING POWERS
Before the head-to-head battle begins, unleash team chaos in the Special Powers phase! Every card has a unique ability that can injure key opponents, defeat powerful foes before they can act, draw new team members, or even rescue defeated allies from the discard pile. Whether you adopt an aggressive approach and go for heavy hitters, play the injury long-game or focus on adding resources in a defensive strategic, a well-timed special power can turn the tide of the entire round.
OUTSMART YOUR OPPONENT IN BATTLE
When the dust settles, the surviving cards go head-to-head in tactical, turn-based combat. A roll of the dice determines which stat is compared—Strength, Intelligence, Powers, and more. Your team choices and Special Powers performance makes a huge difference to this round. Factoring in team bonus multipliers and/or special power injuries, the player with the highest total score wins the turn, defeating their opponent's cards in that slot. But beware: the ultimate price of losing a round is steep, as the losing player must discard their Captain!
