This is the only app that works for legacy Q-See DVRs! If you used to use the QT View app, this one is basically the same. I'm sure it's made by the same manufacturer. You'll have to set up a VPN or use Tail scale if you want to view your cameras from outside your network though, since the old Q-See servers are now defunct. Anyway, great app. I tried many others...Xmas, Tiny Cam, and Conifer), none worked except this one.

App is not working on phone, logged-in, scanned the qr, it keeps saying device offline and doesn't connect. Bad experience!

Very Difficult to try and get an account sorted I've tried hard to get this sorted, but you don't send me the right information. In sted, you just cut me off not allowing me to get live view. And making it impossible to log onto will not put my bank details on any app so IFO can send me some sort of account that I can go to the bank and get things sorted. The last account you gave me the bank couldn't pay into them so try to get things sorted please 🙏

Stopped sending notifications to my phone when the camera was triggered, sent an email but had no response, still waiting for a reply !!!!

Horrible! Got a new phone and wanted to install the app. But I need a password. Why don't I have access to a password? My property, my cameras, yet I have no access to a password to install app on my phone. The dude that installed the cameras physically types the password. He literally has to show up to my property just to type the password. Why?

System glitch is annoying. Loaded the software, worked initially, but when I changed the SIM card it would not recognize system. Uninstalled but could not reinstall. Have to use monitoring from my phone which is annoying (screen size). Apparently this system glitch is ‘known’ as Technician suggested uninstall software on my Android and offered no solution for the IPad issue … Gerrard
