I already unlocked the storage room, I already put my stocks on it. But when I logged out, and logged in again. The storage room won't open

Problem. I bought small rack to go into the storage room, to then hire a stocker, as you are unable to hire a stocker until small rack is bought and placed, problem thou, the small rack I'm unable to place the rack down. Infact, once the rack is unpacked, the game crashes. I'm unable to save, I'm unable to place the rack down, I have to close the game. So the storage racks don't work, they crash the game, thus you are unable to hire stockers. Please can this be fixed?
