An overall great experience, but the app lacks dark mode, which to me is an important feature.

This is a great learning system but for now I am staying with the old app, because I much prefer the fonts used in the old app, and because synthesized speech in the new app doesn't pause at punctuation marks like periods, colons, semicolons and line breaks. The inability to search for words containing accented characters remains a long-standing problem. I hope all of these issues will be fixed soon.

I used Super Memo years ago to learn German. It was so effective that when I decided to learn Spanish, I naturally came back. I use the Extreme series, which is not a child's learning tool: no talking animals or distracting images bouncing around; just an effective tool for serious learners. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about learning another language. Over the years, I have used this app on 2 computers, 4 phones, and 1 tablet and have never experienced any technical issues.

I got back in after uninstalling and reinstalling the app and logging back in, but the app is very dry and boring. I don't think I could use this for months, I am already bored after a few minutes. And no dark theme.

Why creating free app where nothing on it is free, should be paid instead. There are hundreds of free language card apps in market.
