HOW BIOSTACKS SCORES SUPPLEMENTS
Every product gets a quality score from 0 to 100 based on three things:
• Dose quality — Each ingredient's dose is compared against published clinical trial ranges, not daily values. A 10mg dose of an ingredient studied at 500mg gets a near-zero score, no matter what the label claims.
• Form quality — Ingredient forms are rated by bioavailability. Magnesium glycinate absorbs far better than magnesium oxide. Hydrolyzed collagen peptides outperform gelatin. The score reflects this.
• Safety analysis — Upper tolerable limits, ingredient interactions, and inactive ingredient ratings are all factored in.
The result: a single, honest number that tells you how clinically effective your supplement actually is.
