★★★★★ Sony has one of the best phones out there. Please add a way to fix malware issues without PC. Software fix requires a PC and if the PC gets infected why would I bother. Side sense keeps stopping, and it notifies me via popup upon boot up and there is no way to fix it. I need a way to ultra wipe factory hard reset without root or Odin or PC in general if you know I what I mean. Thanks for everything. Please keep doing an amazing job.

★★☆☆☆ Sony doesn't support my phone anymore, but they still want my data and won't let me delete this app. I want an update that will let the app be deleted from unsupported hardware, or even better start supporting your products for longer.

★★☆☆☆ Suddenly being FORCED to host an app I don't need or want, that insists on its ability to send me notifications, is not "supportive". Offering support to your user base is sensible, but there's zero need for this to be mandatory (unless of course there's a data benefit to Sony, but they don't SAY that's the purpose...). I've awarded it at least two stars more than I would want to.

★★☆☆☆ Xperia Sony, pls communicate w Android ppl on: 1. One-Handed Mode. Restore the Mini Screen. Half-screen defeats the purpose for ppl w small hands. Thumb can't stretch across screen PLUS scrolling stops displaying bottom 1/3 of screen. E.g. Contacts does not scroll beyond 'S'; must exit OH-Mode to scroll down to view 'T' to 'Z' names. SO WHAT'S THE POINT of One-Handed Mode? 2. Batter Saver. Messes w Alarms. "Battery Saver may degrade your alarm and timer experience" 🤔🤔 There's more to list. WTBF??!
