★★★★★ Had to factory reset my phone. So when trying to activate my key, the link it texts me just takes me to the Google Play Store. There is no authorization code.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I have used this app it has never worked. It always says it's unlocking but never unlocks. You have to retry 5–6 times, and still, it may not open. Supra key sucks truly.

★★☆☆☆ Not thrilled with the last update. My app never works anymore. I have to manually update with an emergency code daily, and even that's no guarantee the app will work. I've uninstalled/reinstalled but no improvement. Fix it please!!!

★★☆☆☆ Can't get it to work. It will not let me update and refuses to let me open lockboxes. It kept forcing me to get an emergency update code, and now it won't even let me do that to open lockboxes. Says I have a syncing error. I have reinstalled it multiple times and still gives me the same issues. It won't send me authorization codes either.
