Unlike other reviews I have had no issues at all. I have used the service many times now and every time it has worked flawlessly for me. Worth mentioning that there will be a block of 15 quid on your account whilst you charge, and it will change to the actual amount used once charging finishes. Really easy way to charge your car!
★★☆☆☆
This app is poorly designed. You have to enter full email and password every time you charge - no "remember me" option or fingerprint recognition. It is primitive compared with other charging apps, which you could forgive if that made it more reliable. It doesn't; the app drops out mid-charge, and you have to phone the helpline to get your vehicle released. They can't always help, so you have to wait till the vehicle is fully charged when it's released automatically.
★★☆☆☆
Honestly one of the most pathetic excuses for an app I've ever had the misfortune to use, constant problems, zero troubleshooting suggestions or even basic customer support. If you ring the contact number you get an answer phone telling you to leave a message like it's someone's house or something. Absolutely incompetent two-bit company with zero regard for customers and zero ability to produce a functional app.

Rubbish! Installed, opened and just see opening screen, then "Surcharge has stopped" message. Options are Close App and Send Feedback. Send Feedback just dives into Google terms Gobbledygook!
★★☆☆☆
Horrible app! Doesn't work properly on Android. Doesn't remember the details so need to log in each time. Can't see the chargers on the map.
