★★★★★ I love how easy it is to view my balance on the app, so I always know how much money is available in my account. I can do everything I need to do right from the app.

★★★★★ This app is very handy! I can look at any time what my balance is and have had to submit 2 claims, the first one came in a timely fashion and I just filed the second.

★★★★★ Newest Update... <3 Newest update allows dependent care claims to be filed, love the app. Super easy to use and easy to upload receipts.

★★☆☆☆ Pretty poor at its core competency. i.e. taking a photo of a receipt to submit is frustrating every time for an app deployed in 2019. Option 1: use the camera from the app--can't change any settings, though, and the app defaults to my phone's wide angle camera. Option 2: select a file from photos--this only lets you use a picture from your gallery, so you can't upload electronic receipts or pictures from a better file scanning app such as Cam Scanner.

★★☆☆☆ App does not work at all on my phone and surency can't seem to find what the problem is... I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried everything Surency wants me to do and they just say they don't know why it doesn't work. I have just a normal Samsung Note 3 from Verizon not rooted or anything else unusual...

★★☆☆☆ Biggest drawback is that you can't upload receipts from your phone. Why? You can only take pictures. Needs work.
