The developers abandoned the game and we players struggling to play due to many bugs which prevent us from playing as well as any issue being reported is not solved by technical team. In addition to all that many game events are cancelled, and it's not like a free or cheap game to play or enjoy, each development / upgrade requires high cost. It seems that this game becoming a burden on the developer and they just forcing players to leave game by cancelling all events and not solving simple issue

Hello this game is great, but I must say at this point it seems the developers have given up, so I rated 1 instead of 5 stars, I hope they can add new updates soon to keep players active and interested, I still play daily, and I have spent a good amount. This lack of updates keeps the game boring, it is not good for the developers reputation or my future investments.

Custumer service is not helping. I have 2 accounts on server 45 and after a few weeks I deleted one of them. And after a few months, I want to create other account, so I can have 2 accounts on server 45, but the app is not allowing me. I report the problem to the customer service, but they did not respond, they did not tell me how to create a new profile on server 45 after I delete a profile on the same server.
