★★★★★ Is the best free app you can find to make your workouts at home alone

★★★★★ Update - Over a year and there is zero update or additional exercise added to the app wish it was not so I using the paid version of the app. I like that u you customize your workout wish there were more variations of exercises and was clubbed into individual muscle groups. There are so many more exercise variations you can include. Please do so soon

★★☆☆☆ It's not usable. Transition too fast and no way to pause to get set for next movement. Not well-thought-out. Could be good, but in its current state it's not. And the voice is not good. Speaks ways to fast. It's due to them using text to speech. Also, you cannot tap the screen on the android to pause. The app is not usable.

★★☆☆☆ I opened the app on my new phone and my Premium is gone, and I paid for it?

★★☆☆☆ UPDATE: they don't support it anymore, and they tell you to switch to their other app, but no word on refund and Google play rejected my request for refund even though it was done within 20h. Don't buy!! Use as is Oriy: I just hope the app is still being supported and forgotten in favor of their newer one that has a monthly subscription.

★★☆☆☆ Having purchased my TRX 16 years ago, I used a free app that had 5 times the amount of exercises and workouts. Maybe ok for beginners but an insufficient amount of exercises and info to warrant paying for lower body exercises.
