★★☆☆☆ Update 10/31/2023 Once again, I am baffled as to why I'm being asked to verify information that has been a part of my file since long before there was an app (that I have also been using for years in the app - with this info in it! Aka phone, email, address). It indicates it's 'new' info. No. It is very old (yet still current) info. Why am I being asked this? It's a royal pain! 2022 entry: Get emails saying there's new info, but does not say what category unhelpful. (Some prev info deleted.)

★★☆☆☆ They're tryna accepting the current patients with medicare and medical with Health Plan of San Mateo, but we're just tryna find a family medicine primary care doctor from Daly City. If Sutter Health wants to know the current patients have appointment for the doctor or dentist. This device isn't working at all. Tryna put on a different password.

★★☆☆☆ After a year of being treated for back pain after a fall I left in more pain and now in a wheelchair (I had to rent!) I have moved to Coarse gold Ca., and trying to find help with no help from you. I would never recommend Sutter to anyone! ★★☆☆☆ App has no way to look at password after typed. The WORST is that I can't stay logged in. I'd use the app a lot if I didn't have to forever type in my login info. We should have a choice. I barely use the app... too much typing just to get info.
