I still have never once gotten my doctor to respond to me not one time. And your stupid app makes it impossible to reach anyone and this has happened for months. Sutter health is the worst place ever to get health care.

This app is horrible now. I put message to my care team November 1, 2024, and I'm barely getting a message back on November 16, 2024. I called customer service to request my doctor refill meds, and then I went to my doctor's office and said they never received my message. This is unacceptable for a doctor's office and app we depend on for our health

I have to manage my child's account as well as my own. It's extremely time-consuming to have to log out, look up the password for the other account, and log back in. I feel sorry for people with multiple children trying to use this app. Why can't you just switch profile in the app????!
